  • Tasting Notes: From the first whiff to the persistent finish, our ’17 Three Sixty offers classic Russian River Valley Pinot aromatics and flavors. Complex aromas of dark red fruit mingle with toasty oak, black tea, and a spicy minerality. Rich and silky on the mouth, the wine presents concentrated wild berry, dark cherry, and plum flavors fused with traces of spice, rose petal, and rhubarb. Firm acidity and gentle oak provide the ideal structure for this sophisticated, stylish wine.
  • Inviting aromas of fresh honeydew, white fig, and green apple mingle with creamy notes of toasty oak. Traces of lemon zest join in as the wine opens. A silken texture and luscious mouthfeel offer delicious layers of lemon creme brulee, pear, and white nectarine with hints of floral and spice. Balanced acidity lends vibrancy to the wine, while seamlessly integrated oak adds just a kiss of texture and flavor.

  • The grapes we selected for our Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc were ripened on the vine for an extended time, harvested on October 18, 2018. This is a Sauterne style dessert wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Because the vines grow in a cooler, shadier section of our vineyard, we were lucky enough to have a small amount of Botrytis Cinerea (aka "noble rot"). This necrotrophic fruit fungus sweetens the grapes by microscopically piercing the skins, allowing evaporation to concentrate the sugar before the grapes become overripe and develop raisiny flavors. Add its elegant bottle, and we have an exceptionally beautiful wine. 45 cases produced
  • Subtle aromatics of ripe pear, tropical fruit and pineapple mingle with a faint mineral essence that adds depth to the nose. On the palate, Asian pear, spiced caramel apple, guava and a touch of citrus provide a lovely balance of flavors. The round, smooth mouthfeel appears more crisp in the long fruit-driven finish. This Unoaked Chardonnay showcases the true spirit of this noble grape.
  • Perfumey aromatics of dried cherry, Ceylon tea, and cranberry are seamlessly woven with traces of sandalwood and cola. Concentrated flavors fill the palate with both a savory and earthy essence. Red cherry, spicy plum, and dried rose petal merge with hints of rhubarb, sassafras, tobacco leaves, and smoky oak to offer a layered wine with depth and complexity. The lengthy finish reveals elegant tannins and your desire to sip it again.
  • With our very limited production and increasing demand for Bucher Vineyard wines, a limited number of club memberships are available. There is no charge to join. You will be charged for your two 12-bottle club shipments per year—Spring and Fall—when your wine is sent to you.
