Tasting Notes
The pale coral color belies the range of refreshing aromas and flavors packed into this lovely wine. The nose offers a subtle blend of lemon zest, ripe cherry and pineberry with a hint of green grapes. A smooth entry flows into a mid-palate of persistent yet balanced buoyant acidity that lingers in the finish. Mouthwatering crisp citrus flavors mingle with undertones of blackberry, cherry, melon and just a touch of minerality, adding to the wine’s complexity and charm.

The 2025 growing season in the Russian River Valley was marked by mild temperatures and steady, gradual ripening. For our Vin Gris of Pinot Noir, the grapes were harvested early to capture the bright acidity, delicate fruit flavors, and freshness that are essential to this style of wine. The gentle growing season allowed the fruit to develop beautifully while retaining its natural vibrancy, resulting in a lively, elegant rosé with refreshing acidity and aromatic complexity.
