Winemaker's Notes
The 2024 growing season was exceptional, thanks to two consecutive wet years that provided ideal conditions for dry-farming our Sauvignon Blanc. These mature vines, with their deep root systems, accessed moisture and nutrients from deep within the soil, helping them withstand occasional heat spikes. As a result, the grapes enjoyed an extended hang time, developing vibrant, well-balanced flavors with great concentration.
