“The 2024 Three Sixty bottling of pinot noir from the Bucher Vineyard . . . was raised in thirty percent new oak in this vintage, with the remainder of the casks being one and two wine barrels. It offers up a more black fruity aromatic constellation of black cherries, plums, a fine base of dark soil tones, woodsmoke, black tea and a refined framing of new oak. On the palate the wine is ripe, full-bodied and shows off superb depth of black fruit at the core, with good soil undertow, chewy, well-integrated tannins, sound acids and just a whisper of backend heat on the otherwise very nicely balanced and complex finish."
