Tasting Notes

Appealing aromatics of rose petal and subtle cherry are laced with cedar incense and earth notes. The round spicy palate offers bright cherry, cranberry and pomegranate layered with allspice and caramel. Traces of Darjeeling tea, red licorice and a boggy essence join in, adding interest and dimension. As the flavors open and expand, the richness of the red fruit and spicy texture linger on.
