Tasting Notes

An alluring nose tempts that first sip, but linger awhile to enjoy the beauty and depth of the seductive aromatics. Woven among the rich red fruit aromas discover traces of smoky oak along with hints of blueberry and dried herbs. The smooth entry reveals balanced acidity, with supple tannins and gentle oak notes appearing mid-palate to enhance and frame the plush flavors. Cherry, pomegranate, huckleberry, and rhubarb, along with hints of violet and sandalwood, seamlessly blend with the structure and remain on the palate for the persistent finish.
